The Verdi Ricordi appetisers and the bavette all'astice e scampi fish dishes, together with traditional Parmesan cuisine, are prepared with skill and mastery. Vincenzo with his wife, Alfonsina, and their children Giovanna and Andrea thank all the Parmesans who have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy their cuisine and promise that they will do their utmost to win new friends and customers.
